Transaction Due Diligence
Due diligence means different things to different people. For us, it implies the verification of all key elements of a transaction prior to sign-off to protect the interests of our client, as well as ensuring counterparty disclosure is complete and accurate. For legal aspects of conveyancing, we are happy to work with client-appointed firms. Alternatively we can suggest a partnership with dual-qualified Turkish lawyers (avukat)/English solicitors/New York attorneys who are equally at home with Turkish civil law as well as understanding the Anglo-Saxon common law background of many international investors.
And as Chartered Accountants, we bring key guiding principles of the English auditing profession to the due diligence task. Professional scepticism, prudence and client confidentiality are at the heart of what we do.
