Valuation
We provide valuations (using a variety of methodologies) for those clients who require a formal appraisal of asset worth. Our experience and qualifications as economists and audit/finance professionals are particularly relevant in delivering a credible professional opinion which will be recognisable to and recognised by international investors and their stake-holders.
Valuations are usually formally signed off by a qualified Associate or Fellow of the UK�s leading finance and auditing regulating body, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, together with a valuer accredited by the Turkish regulator, the SPK (the Capital Markets Board of Turkey which licenses real estate valuers).
